Assets List

I have created an assets list so that I don’t forget any important equipment or props. I know this is important, as if even the smallest detail is forgotten, it can stop you completing your filming. I found this out when filming for our preliminary task.

The following are items that I require to help me create my music video.
• Video camera
• Tri-pod
• Tape
• Production Schedule
• Shot List
• Assets List
• Storyboard
• Money – Train tickets, food, drink, etc.
• Camera – to take stills of film so I can upload to my blog
• Correct clothing – the girl wearing high heels, boys wearing jeans, etc.

Below are items I require when filming outside:
• Coats/jackets – in case of bad weather
• Umbrella – in case of bad weather
• Cigarette and lighter

Below are the items I require when filming indoors:
• Drum kit
• Guitar
• Bass guitar
• Microphone
• Telephone
• Settee
• Double bed
• Mobile phone
• Pile of washing
• Socks
• Clock (non-digital)

I feel that creating this assets list will help me greatly in filming for my music video. It will also make me more prepared on the day of filming.
